Help Center
How LostLink works, step by step.
- I cannot log in.
- LostLink only accepts DLSAU email accounts (@dlsau.edu.ph). Use Forget Password on the login page to reset your password. If it still does not work, visit the security office.
- How do I report a lost item?
- Log in, open Post an item, choose Lost, and fill in the item name, category, location, date, and description. An admin reviews it before it appears publicly.
- How do I report a found item?
- Same steps, but choose Found. Bring the item to the security office. You will get a reference code to write on the item tag.
- How do I claim an item?
- Open the item and click Claim. Describe unique marks, contents, and when and where you lost it. The admin compares your proof with the item held at the security office.
- What do the statuses mean?
- Pending means an admin is reviewing it. Approved means it is public. Claimed or Resolved means it is done. Rejected shows a reason; you can edit and resubmit.
- Where do I pick up a verified item?
- At the security office. Bring your claim reference code and your DLSAU ID.
- Who handles decisions about items?
- The security office (admin accounts). Visit them in person for questions about a specific item or claim.
