Terms & Conditions
Rules for using LostLink.
Who can use LostLink
DLSAU students, faculty, and staff with a @dlsau.edu.ph email account. One account per person. Accounts used for abuse may be disabled by the administration.
Report truthfully
Report only real lost or found items. Do not submit false reports or claims. False claims may be denied by the security office and referred to the administration.
How claiming works
- Submitting a claim does not guarantee an item is released to you.
- The security office compares your proof with the physical item. Found items are held at the security office only.
- Verified claimants pick up the item in person at the security office with their claim reference code and DLSAU ID.
Your reports
You can edit or delete your own report only while it is pending. Approved reports are locked and appear as public listings without your contact details. Rejected reports show the reason; you can edit and resubmit them.
Admin decisions
Security office admins approve or reject reports and verify or deny claims. Decisions about physical item verification are final at the security office.
About this service
LostLink matches reports online. The physical safekeeping and handover of items is done by the security office. For questions about these terms, visit the security office.
About LostLink
LostLink is the web-based lost and found system of De La Salle Araneta University. It helps students, faculty, and staff report lost or found items, track report statuses, and claim items safely through the security office.
